01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "6kkk", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 6kkk platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities responsible for operating the website at 6kkk.asia.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by the 6kkk platform.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account opened by a player upon successful registration on the 6kkk platform.
• "Services" — all products and features made available through 6kkk.asia, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, promotions, and customer support.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a player on any game or sporting event offered by 6kkk.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credits, free bets, free spins, or promotional balances granted by 6kkk to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process 6kkk uses to confirm the identity and eligibility of players before processing withdrawals or flagged transactions.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency supported on the 6kkk platform for local deposits and withdrawals.
• "Platform" — the entire 6kkk website, web application, and any associated mobile-optimised interface available at 6kkk.asia.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 6kkk platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any bet, you warrant and confirm that you meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 6kkk enforces the 21+ age restriction without exception. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party in relation to your account or any wagers placed.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 6kkk or its affiliated entities, unless prior written approval has been granted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by 6kkk or any other gaming operator, that would prohibit your participation.
• Your participation in online gaming activities through 6kkk does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

6kkk reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Players are advised to keep valid identification documents accessible to avoid delays.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 6kkk platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering your 6kkk account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 6kkk will not be liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate account information provided by a player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while it is logged in — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

6kkk reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The registration information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
• The player has previously been excluded from the 6kkk platform or any other gaming platform operated by our group.
• The player is attempting to abuse any promotion, bonus, or referral programme.
• The account has been flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

6kkk supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of local payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and USDT. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed at the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to a player's account balance in real time where technically feasible. In cases of network delays or payment processor issues, 6kkk will investigate and resolve any missing deposits within 24 hours of a formal report being submitted through the live chat support channel.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds must have been met in full.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified payment account in the player's own name.
• 6kkk reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds, for any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary based on the selected payment method and bank processing schedules in Pakistan.

6kkk reserves the right to reverse, suspend, or delay any withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending regulatory investigation. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their payment account details are accurate — 6kkk cannot be held responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment information provided by the player.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

6kkk offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 6kkk promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire upon reaching the stated deadline.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, roulette, or selected table games — may contribute a reduced percentage (or zero percentage) toward wagering requirement fulfilment. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in individual promotion terms.
• 6kkk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, including if it suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, matched betting, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

06 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 6kkk — including cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and all other listed sports — are subject to 6kkk's Sports Betting Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. The following core principles apply to all sports wagers placed on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: 6kkk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion prior to the settlement of that bet. This includes situations where the platform suspects the odds offered were in error, or where market liquidity thresholds have been exceeded.
• Odds Errors: In the event that incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 6kkk reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings arising from manifestly incorrect odds will not be paid.
• Void Markets: A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed for longer than 24 hours, or if the specific market cannot be settled due to insufficient official data. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as credit.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time of the event's conclusion. Any bets placed after an in-play event has been determined — even if accepted by the system due to latency — may be voided at 6kkk's discretion.
• PSL & Cricket Markets: For PSL, ICC, and other cricket tournaments, the official ruling body's (PCB, ICC) declared match result is final for settlement purposes. Rain interruptions, DLS method applications, and other official match adjustments are accounted for in final settlement.
• Maximum Payouts: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies per event and per player per day. The applicable limits are displayed in the sportsbook interface and may be updated periodically.

07 Casino Games

All casino games available on 6kkk — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and any other casino product — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment monitored by independent studios. The fairness of all casino game outcomes on 6kkk is regularly audited by independent testing agencies.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of casino games is determined by chance and that no strategy, system, or pattern of play guarantees a win.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slots and table games are theoretical long-term averages across millions of rounds and do not represent guaranteed individual session returns.
• Live casino streams are provided by third-party studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Any technical disruption to a live casino stream mid-round will be handled per the respective studio's disconnection policy, a summary of which is available in the 6kkk help section.
• 6kkk reserves the right to void any casino game round where a technical fault is confirmed to have materially affected the outcome.

08 Responsible Gaming

6kkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming at all times. We acknowledge that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players, and we have built a suite of player-protection tools directly into the 6kkk platform to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 6kkk players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your 6kkk account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a defined period of time.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable incurring within a given time period. Once your set limit is reached, further betting activity is paused for the remainder of that period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the 6kkk platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. To request self-exclusion, contact 6kkk's 24/7 live support team directly through the platform chat.
• Reality Check: A periodic on-screen prompt showing your net session balance and time spent, helping you stay aware of your activity.

6kkk strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction across all services. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be requested again at any time. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6kkk platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation, and may face permanent closure of their account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the 6kkk platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund a 6kkk account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity through the 6kkk platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit odds pricing.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic exploitation of promotions, bonuses, or free bet offers through matched betting, bonus abuse, or coordinated multi-account activity.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the 6kkk platform's technical infrastructure, servers, or databases in any way.
• Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations in the player's jurisdiction of residence.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6kkk platform — including but not limited to the 6kkk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6kkk or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6kkk platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 6kkk content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the 6kkk platform.
• Remove, obscure, or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on the platform.
• Use the 6kkk brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial or promotional purpose without express written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6kkk, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the 6kkk platform, even if 6kkk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity resulting from your use of or inability to access the 6kkk platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services resulting from circumstances beyond 6kkk's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• Decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of information, statistics, or analysis tools available on the 6kkk platform.
• Third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures that affect deposit or withdrawal transactions.

In all cases where 6kkk is found liable, the total aggregate liability of 6kkk to any player shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (ii) PKR 10,000.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

6kkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Article 9.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal verification request.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 6kkk.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or longer (dormant account).

A player may also voluntarily close their own 6kkk account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to standard KYC checks.

Dormant account fees may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. Where applicable, a monthly maintenance fee will be deducted from the dormant account balance. The applicable dormant account fee schedule is published in the 6kkk help centre.

13 Disputes & Complaints

6kkk is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 6kkk platform, including bet settlements, bonus terms, or payment processing, you should follow the procedure set out below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Live Support: Raise your complaint directly with the 6kkk customer support team via the 24/7 live chat on the platform. Most issues can be resolved at this stage within minutes. Have your account details and relevant transaction reference numbers ready.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved at Step 1 to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint by emailing the 6kkk support team at the address displayed in the platform's contact section. Include your full name, account username, a clear description of the issue, and all supporting documentation. 6kkk will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after Step 2, you may request that the matter be escalated to 6kkk's senior compliance team for independent internal review. A final written determination will be issued within 28 calendar days of the escalation request.

14 Amendments to These Terms

6kkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law or regulation, changes to the services offered on the platform, security or fraud prevention requirements, or general operational improvements.

Where changes are material, 6kkk will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the player's account. The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 6kkk platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the 6kkk platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 6kkk is licensed and operated.

The parties agree that any unresolved dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 6kkk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 6kkk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between 6kkk and the player with respect to the use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
